A Message from Clean Power Research CEO Jeff Ressler

I want to update you on how Clean Power Research is approaching the current situation with COVID-19.

First, all our services are up and running and meeting their uptime requirements; we have had no operational issues related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thankfully, we also have not seen any impact to employees’ health. The company is operating with the expectation that we will continue to meet or exceed the high levels of service our customers rightfully expect from us.

Clean Power Research has had a pandemic plan in place for more than four years and that plan has been activated. We are committed to supporting the health and well-being of our employees and customers, as well as our customers’ businesses. As a result, we implemented a mandatory work from home policy on March 6, even before activation of our pandemic plan. We’ve extended that work from home timeline already and will do so again as necessary based on input from public health officials and other government authorities. Additionally, some of our staff reside in areas with “shelter-in-place” directives. Unsurprisingly, our guidance to those staff members has been to follow those directives. Those staff are also actively working from home.
