This report summarizes the key findings from a comprehensive study performed by Clean Power Research for Natural Resources Canada, titled “Firm Wind & Solar Power Generation in Nova Scotia with Fully Electrified Transportation & Building Sectors” investigating the feasibility of 100% renewable firm power generation in Nova Scotia.
Solar photovoltaic output for the study was simulated using SolarAnywhere® irradiance data.
